No, you don't have to do everything. That is for those who don't believe in others. I believe it is only fair to give people a chance and a second chance, unless otherwise of course the task in context can't undergo risk especially the second time too.
I have seen people who are control freak. I'm not saying that they are freaks. I just mean to say that they freak out, unnecessarily, when they start thinking something is not in their control. For them, it is control that matters more than achieving the task in hand. On the other hand, there are some people who freak out when asked to take control. While the combination of such people would smoothly be under control, it is only fair to say that such combinations don't easily fall in place naturally.
It is the middle grounder who end up freaking out a lot when they have to work with either type of above people. But what will be the fun if the ride is so smooth ? I'm sure you will start feeling sleepy. We do enjoy action movies, at least occasionally, won't we ?
